Stress Test

This is the Social Readjustment Rating Scale developed by Holmes and Rahe. It was designed to predict the likelihood of a person getting a serious disease due to stress.  The standard interpretation of the Rating Scale is that a total of 200 or more points in one year indicates a likelihood of getting a serious disease.  However not everyone reacts to stressful events in the same way, so the scale should be taken as a rough indicator of stress level.
